- RESCUE – CARE is equipped with three ambulances to bring them to the centre for immediate medical attention. CARE also accepts individual rescuers who bring ill, injured & abandoned animals directly to the shelter for treatment.
- TREATMENT AND REHAB – Once the animal is diagnosed and provided with immediate treatment, the animal is kept in the treatment section where he /she is allowed to recover with constant monitoring, where physiotherapy and laser therapy are employed when necessary to speed up the process.
- CARE FORCE – This tactical rescue team is a special team dedicated to rescuing animals from challenging and life-threatening situations. The Rescue Team comprises a group of trained rescuers along with the right kind of equipment required. The team undergoes prior training and attends relevant workshops and training programs.
- RABIES HELPLINE – CARE runs India’s second only dedicated Rabies Helpline, in association with BBMP & Mission Rabies by Worldwide Veterinary Services. The 24/7 Helpline efficiently manages public queries and complaints for the safe handling of hundreds of suspected dogs. The helpline also creates awareness and educates the public on matters related to Rabies.
- HUMANE EDUCATION AND EVENTS – In order to promote kindness to animals, CARE also conducts humane education programmes and spreads awareness. They also conduct several events like summer camps, storytelling, corporate day outs, book sales, music concerts and so on.
